Vila Les Moreres Sitges is located in the Quint Mar neighbourhood, a safe and peaceful residential area known for its friendly atmosphere.

The villa is part of the municipality of Sitges and is situated just 1.5 km from the town centre and approximately 1 km from the nearest beaches (about 5 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes on foot).

For convenience, we recommend having access to a car, especially for shopping and exploring the surrounding area. However, the beach and town centre can easily be reached on foot, and there is also a local bus stop just a few metres from the house.

The nearest sandy beach is the beautiful 🔗Balmins Beach, located beside the marina. This attractive area combines small sandy and rocky coves with a beachfront bar. From there, you can follow the scenic coastal path along the cliffs and viewpoints that connect the marina with the old town.

The Quint Mar neighbourhood

Quint Mar extends along the foothills of the Garraf Natural Park, giving the area a unique natural setting and pleasant microclimate.

The villa is located at the entrance to the neighbourhood, close to sea level and just a short walk from the public transport stop that connects directly with the town centre.

The street is wide, safe and quiet, with very little traffic. Free public parking is available directly in front of the villa and throughout the surrounding area.

Comfort: For your comfort, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests plus babies

The property includes four double bedrooms, providing plenty of space for families and groups.

The main house comfortably accommodates up to six adults, while an additional outdoor studio suite can host one or two extra guests.

This informal studio is particularly suitable during the warmer months or as a private retreat. It includes a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a workspace. The studio has its own independent entrance and private key.

The villa offers spacious living areas, full equipment and air conditioning throughout all bedrooms.

The entire property is enclosed and surrounded by a Mediterranean-style terraced garden.

Guests can enjoy private outdoor spaces including terraces, patios, seating areas and a rustic private swimming pool with outdoor shower and sunbathing area.

The property is also equipped with a monitored security alarm system connected to the police response network in case of intrusion.
