The entire villa, including its private swimming pool, is available for holiday rentals throughout the year. During the high season (June to September), the minimum stay is one week. Outside the high season, the villa can be booked from 2 nights, making it perfect for weekend breaks and short stays. We also offer monthly rentals for guests looking for a longer stay.

Villa Les Moreres is located in a quiet residential area where guests can enjoy peace, privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone and to respect our neighbours, parties, stag or hen celebrations, loud music and noisy gatherings are not permitted, either during the day or at night, especially after 10:00 pm.
➡️ In accordance with the municipal regulations of Sitges, noise levels must not exceed 60 dB(A) between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, and 50 dB(A) between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in intervention by the local authorities and financial penalties for guests.
