You will have exclusive use of the entire property, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. The main house comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults and includes: 3 comfortable double bedrooms, 1 family bathroom. Baby cot available on request.

For additional flexibility, the villa also features a separate annex studio with its own private entrance and key. It is ideal for 1 or 2 guests during the summer season. This independent space includes: A double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi.

Upon request, we can also provide: One additional single bed and Twin-bed configuration in one of the double bedrooms.

Vila Les Moreres is a private detached Mediterranean holiday villa in Sitges, reserved exclusively for our guests. The property features a private swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean gardens arranged over several levels, creating peaceful outdoor spaces to relax throughout the day. The villa is fully enclosed for added privacy. As the house is built on a hillside, there are several flights of steps and different outdoor levels, which form part of its unique character.

Yes. We love animals and are happy to welcome well-behaved pets when booking directly with us. To maintain the highest standards of cleanliness for future guests, including those with allergies, a small additional daily cleaning supplement applies. Absolutely. The swimming pool is exclusively for guests staying at Vila Les Moreres. Surrounded by Mediterranean gardens, it offers complete privacy and includes: A private sunbathing area, outdoor shower and saltwater treatment system.
The pool measures 6 × 2 metres, with a maximum depth of approximately 2 metres.

Yes. For extra peace of mind, the pool area is protected by a safety fence with a secure gate, helping to prevent young children from accessing the pool without adult supervision. The pool also features wide entrance steps, allowing younger guests to enjoy the water comfortably before swimming. As with any swimming pool, children should always be supervised by an adult.

Our swimming pool uses a modern saltwater chlorination system. Instead of adding traditional chlorine directly, the system naturally produces a gentle disinfectant from salt, keeping the water clean, safe and crystal clear throughout the year. Many guests prefer saltwater pools because they offer several benefits:

• Gentler on the eyes and skin
• Ideal for children and sensitive skin
• More environmentally friendly than traditional chlorine systems

No. Vila Les Moreres is located in the peaceful residential neighbourhood of Quint Mar, where residents value privacy and tranquillity. For this reason, parties, stag or hen celebrations, loud events and any gathering involving excessive noise are not permitted.
We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours, particularly during the evening and night, and to keep noise to a reasonable level in the garden, terraces and pool area.

Vila Les Moreres is located in Quint Mar, one of Sitges’ peaceful residential neighbourhoods, at the foot of the beautiful Garraf Natural Park and just a few minutes from the Mediterranean Sea.
Although many places can be reached on foot, we recommend having a car (your own or a rental vehicle) to make shopping and exploring the area more convenient. Free public parking is available directly in front of the villa.
Approximate distances: Cala Balmins and Aiguadolç beaches: 1 km (5 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes on foot). Historic centre of Sitges: 1.8 km (around 20 minutes’ walk or a short bus ride).

Yes. There are several free public parking spaces directly in front of the villa and in the surrounding streets. Finding a parking space is usually easy, even during the holiday season.

Barcelona–El Prat Airport is approximately 35–40 minutes (around 30 km) from the villa. You can easily reach Vila Les Moreres by:

🔗Direct BUS – Sitges is connected to Barcelona Airport by a direct bus service, offering a comfortable and easy way to reach the town after your arrival. For updated schedules and route information, please check the official Sitges Town Council website.
🔗Train – Rodalies de Catalunya (please note that rail services may occasionally be affected by engineering works)

Minimum stays vary depending on the season.

Low and Mid Season (October to May, excluding public holidays and special dates)
• Low Season: minimum stay of 2 nights, ideal for weekend breaks.
• Mid Season: minimum stay of 4 nights.

High Season (June to September)
The minimum stay is generally 5 to 6 nights, with most bookings running on a weekly basis.

Long-term stays

Yes. Fresh bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the rental price for all guests.

We kindly ask guests to bring their own towels for the beach, as the towels provided at the villa should remain on the property.
